Get customer role
We know who is a customer and who is not. All customer data is stored in our database. It goes without saying that any proof of false purchase will be taken as an offense and the person involved will be sanctioned.
As previously mentioned, all of our customers receive support in everything they need. But in order to claim the role of customer you will need to do the following:
1. Join our discord
You must first join our Discord in order to claim your role.
2. Open a ticket
As a next step, you will have to open a ticket within our Discord.
3. Send us the proofs
As a last step to obtain the customer role, you must send the transaction ID of any purchase you have made in our store, along with a screenshot. Once the data has been sent, a staff member will validate the data and you will obtain the customer role.
